October 30, 2018 McGhee Plumbing, Heating and Electrical entered into a Consent Order with the Commonwealth of Virginia Board for Contractors
The Order settles allegations that McGhee Plumbing, Heating and Electrical violated the following:
Failure of those engaged in residential contracting to make use of a legible written contract clearly specifying the terms and conditions of the work to be performed.
Douglas A. McGhee acknowledges an understanding of the charge and admits to the violation.
