This investigation was prompted by a pattern of consumer complaints alleging inability to cancel gym membership prompting requests for gym membership cancellation and refunds for additional months of membership.

          On August 29, 2019 the BBB notified the company about the pattern of complaints alleging inability to cancel gym membership prompting requests for gym membership cancellation and refunds for additional months of membership and requested information on how Your Time Fitness was going to correct the pattern.
