My husband and I ordered two of the Glowing Engraving Script Rings to be our wedding bands. We ordered a little late, with the understanding that we wouldnt receive them in time for our wedding ( we had about 6 weeks until, and were told it would take 8 weeks to make a ship to us). Well, we received the rings months after we were told they would be finished. And honestly, disappointment is an understatement. Im literally crushed by how terrible of an experience weve had. We ordered a size 5, and a size ****. We received a size **** and a size 14. I know it might seem ***** to complain over those small differences, but they make a huge difference in how the ring fits. I couldnt fit it on my ring finger. My husband emailed them and begged them for two weeks to either refund us or give us the sizes we ordered ( we went to a jewelry company thats local and had them measured, we knew 100% that they were not the right size. ) even though it says one free ring resize on the site, they wanted to charge us over $300 to resize the rings that were not the size we ordered. It took a lot of snarky tones to finally get hem to agree. Also, my husbands ring came with a massive chip in it. We mentioned this as well, they offered to fix it for a charge lmao. Anyway, we send the rings back, they tell us theyll notify us when theyre fixed and shipped. We receive no emails and they randomly show up. They are resized, but they still dont fit. The chip in my husbands ring was not fixed, and his ring turns his finger green. I had to wait to receive a rubber sizer for my ring, so I can wear it on my pinkie. My wedding ring. On my pinkie. Because we cant afford to spend $300 for another resize, and frankly, we shouldnt have to. Not to mention, now that Ive even wearing my ring consistently ( about two weeks ) the brass part is chipping off. So apparently its not actually brass, or its not the gold color theyre advertising. We paid way too much money for these rings for this terrible quality, and equally terrible customer service. These were supposed to be our wedding bands! Something we expected to be able to wear and cherish for life. And now theyre just useless trinkets, and we already need to replace them. Absolutely unbelievable. We will be going through our bank to try and get a refund because theyve refused to refund us, and thats completely ridiculous. Please choose a different company and avoid this disappointment and hassle
