Subscription membership in the Service is on a continuous service basis. This means that once you have become a subscribing member, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your credit card will be charged based on the subscription program (monthly, quarterly, biannually or annually) you have chosen. Credit card charges will be processed within 24 hours after subscription and products included in memberships will be shipped shortly thereafter.
Subscription costs may be changed by OneGreatFamily at any time and each renewal of your subscription will be at the then standard renewal cost for the period which you originally selected when you subscribed.
CANCELLATIONS
7-Day Free Trials
A free trial subscription comes with the option to cancel anytime during the trial period and not be charged. To avoid being charged after the trial period, you must finalize your cancellation request within the trial period by following directions that will be given to you when we have received your cancellation request. To make a cancellation request, click on the Contact link in the footer of the (company's) web site, then choose "Select Subject" then "Cancellation Requests" for the Subject and follow instructions. Once you complete your 7-day free trial, you may not receive a refund for any reason.
Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Subscriptions without a 7-day Free Trial
To cancel a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription, you must call us at 800-489-0932 or such other number that is provided you through the web site. Except in the case of certain annual subscriptions, no refunds are given when a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription is cancelled. An annual subscription comes with the option to cancel during the first 10 days and receive a full refund, unless the annual subscription began with a free trial period, promotion or is a gift subscription. The 10 day refund period begins on the day you registered for the subscription service, which is also the day you are given access to the subscriber features of the service. When canceling a qualifying annual subscription you must call us at 800-489-0932 or such other number that is provided you through the web site. Please have your user name and account number ready when you call. Your cancellation call must be received by end of business (5:00 pm Mountain Time) on the 10th subscription day. Please allow a reasonable time for the refund to be credited back to your card if you have subscribed by credit card.
