          BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints alleging poor communication, including no-call/no-shows to sometimes multiple appointments. Projects being delayed for up to six months with multiple dates set and missed. Finally, when consumers requested a refund they were told they would only receive 80% back as the remainder was used to purchase materials. On November 25th, 2019, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of December 16th, 2019, BBB has had no response.
