    I would give them zero stars if possible! Sent me the wrong purse and I had to pay to ship it back and then had to email multiple times after sending back a $130 purse just to FINALLY get a response. I was told I would get credited for shipping it back and after I asked for a refund instead of store credit (since they sent me the wrong item and didn't have the right one in stock) they told me they would get back to me within 48 hours. (They absolutely did not) Well... more than a week later and after I sent more emails (it already took forever to get a response on the first email) they finally ignored my request for refund and were just like "oh well we credited your account." I HAD PREVIOUSLY TOLD THEM IN MULTIPLE EMAILS THAT I WANTED A REFUND BUT THEY STILL GAVE ME THIS RESPONSE AS IF THIS WAS ACCEPTABLE. She acts like she can't read and totally ignores your questions then emails back with a quick short response that doesn't even address your questions at all. I asked for a phone call because clearly the woman can't read and OF COURSE that was ignored as well. The girl who runs the place seems to be completely incompetent so what could you expect? She either just really doesn't care how her business looks and doesn't care about customer service at all or she's just COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT. Either way... I will never shop there again. Also, I FINALLY got my refund after mentioning that I would have to file with the BBB if I didn't get my money back. I never did get my shipping money back from having to ship the wrong purse back to them. I don't think they should be allowed to operate so poorly. Clearly from the other reviews, I'm not the only one who has been treated so terribly by this "business." If you're reading this review... do yourself a favor and go shop at BAR instead. The customer service there is an absolute delight and treats you like an actual human being. It's the only place I shop now online :) (no, I am not in any way, shape, or form affiliated with BAR... just like to recommend a wonderful small business when I can)
