Beginning June 2023, Yarn Arts Home began receiving complaints and negative reviews that exhibit the following pattern.
Consumers complaints and reviews state they are placing orders but are not receiving any contact from the company. They alleged when going to the web site, they are unable to find contact information except for an email address. When they submit an email, they are not receiving a response. Anther consumer stated they are receiving partial orders without follow up where the remaining order is.
Several consumers are filing complaints and negative reviews regarding false advertising. In July consumers allege it was advertised online that they would receive 6 digital books for 1 dollar and free shipping, but their debit card was charged $39 and then $69. While another consumer’s order errored out online and was charged for books they didn’t ask for.
