Since November 2016, the BBB Houston began receiving several complaints that are continuing to exhibiting the follow pattern into 2020.
According to the consumer’s disputes, AmiVentures, Inc. and its related companies sell products through the Walmart.com web-site as a third party vendor. Complaints state products purchased based on the picture and description, are not what is received. Consumers state there is no way to contact the seller to dispute the purchase through the site. Complaints also state when they are able to reach the company, they receive poor customer service. Consumers stated, when the wrong product is received, an exchange or refund will not be processed until the wrong product is returned. They also stated difficulty in returning products and getting refunds in a timely manner.
The same patterns are still being noted in current 2020 complaints and customer reviews.
At this time, the company is responding to complaints.
