All customized prints, products and parts are non-refundable. All new customized prints, products and parts claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of Product.
To claim the warranty, report your issue to Lush Banners® Service Center within the applicable warranty period. First, email service@lushbanners.com with your order number of the Product and attach photo(s) of proof on the defect parts, the service center will response in 1-2 business days.
After contacting Lush Banners® Service Center, you may be required to ship back the properly packaged Product for inspection or repair, to the Service Center together with a note of your order number.
If the problem reported concerning your Product is covered by this warranty and if you first reported the problem within the applicable warranty period, Lush Banners® will repair or replace the Product at no charge to you for parts or labor. The decision as to whether to repair or replace the Product is made by Lush Banners® in its sole discretion.
Unless the defect claim has been approved by Lush Banners® Service Center representative, you are responsible for the cost of shipping, packing product, and insurance (if you desire). You are also responsible for loss or damage to this Product in shipping.
Lush Banners accepts returns for standard hardware purchases only. Returned items must be in new condition. The original purchaser is responsible for the return shipping and will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Upon receipt of the unblemished items, Lush Banners will refund the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee within two business days.
