Refund and Exchange Policy
Unopened item(s) may be returned in the original, unopened package within 15 days of your purchase for a full refund in the amount of the then-current price or your original purchase price (whichever is lower, less shipping charges where appropriate). Customer pays all return shipping charges unless there was a mistake on our part and you were shipped the wrong item, or the item arrives defective. The returned product must include complete packaging and support materials and are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless item was manufacturer defective or the wrong the product.
All returns MUST have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Instructions for how to obtain an RMA are below.
For Gizmo Tree account holders:
RMA form is located under My Account->Order History->details. After approval of the return request, we will give you instructions on how to return your item.
For Guest users:
Please email us at support@gizmotree.com with "Return Request" in the subject line along with your order number and order ID and we will send you an RMA form. Once completed, return the form to us by email for approval and we will give you instructions on how to return your item.
Returned merchandise WILL NOT be accepted without an RMA and will be returned to you with no refund.
If the product returned to Gizmo Tree does not match the product on the RMA, the return will be refused, no credit will be issued and you will be responsible for any shipping charges associated with returning the product back to you.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Return Exceptions
We do not accept returns on any headset products that have been opened due to sanitary issues. The headset manufacturers provide customers with a defective return policy. Please contact the headset manufacturer for all defective/warranty issues on headsets that have had the packaging opened.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at any time before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled and the customer must fill out an RMA in order to return the product. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
Damaged Returns
We make every effort to prevent shipping damages. If your package appears damaged upon receipt, simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left and you realize that your shipment is damaged, immediately contact customer service at support@gizmotree.com, as we only have 21 calendar days to file a claim with USPS or FedEx.
Refusing Undamaged Orders
Refused undamaged orders will not be accepted with out an approved RMA and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. In addition, refused orders may be subject to additional shipping charges to cover the cost of returning the products to Gizmo Tree.
