On March 16, 2020, BBB Serving North Central Texas contacted COS Apparel, LLC (Olive Mae Clothing), after receiving multiple complaints alleging unreasonable delays and an inability to contact the business for refunds.

BBB observed the company's website advertises "Once an order is placed it can take 3-12 business days for shipping/handling."

BBB NCTX has also received multiple BBB Scam Tracker submissions with allegations that like, "the owner claims to have shipped the items when they clearly have not shipped."

Notably, the business has seen a recent spike in complaints dating back to January 2020. As such, BBB asked the business whether or not delays were caused by the Covid-19 Pandemic. BBB urged the business to include an update on its website if to avoid consumer complaints if delays in shipping would be incurred due to the pandemic.

As of April 16, 2020, BBB NCTX has received additional complaints, but the business has failed to respond to our inquiry.
