- Additional Info:On January 28, 2022, BBB reviewed a pattern of complaints alleging Texas Gunshop, dba Firearms Texas, dba USA Gun Shop, has:
received payment for purchases that were never received, even after several assurances from the business;
advertises customer service contact information that is disconnected or not active;
furthermore, consumers have not received promised refunds from Texas Gunshop.
On January 28, 2022, BBB sent communication to Texas Gunshop requesting their response to the pattern of complaints.
BBB has been unable to locate a physical address for the business and this business does not have an active business registration with the state of Texas. On January 28, 2022, BBB requested documentation of registration and physical location address.
As of March 1, 2022, Texas Gunshop has failed to respond to BBB's inquiry.
BBB recommends consumers use caution before purchasing from unknown online retailers.
