          On July 19, 2017, BBB notified Bam Nutra Today of concerning patterns in complaints. Specifically, consumer complaints allege that when consumers sign up to receive a trial bottle of its product to sample for a 30-day trial period, they are charged for an auto-shipment at least 14 days prior to the end of the 30-day trial period. Consumers also allege they were unaware they were signing up for an auto-shipment of Bam Nutra Today's product(s) when they ordered the free trial bottle. Consumers further allege that after they requested cancellation, your firm continues to bill them and/or mail product(s).

          BBB requested Bam Nutra Today's voluntary cooperation in eliminating the identified patterns in complaints.

          As of August 16, 2017, Bam Nutra Today has failed to respond.
