- Additional Info:The Bureau has checked with the Texas Savings and Loan and found that a mortgage can not be modified without a mortgage broker's license.
The Texas Savings Loan has informed the BBB that Ms. Bebe Ann Ramirez has been issued a provisional mortgage brokers license as of 7/20/2009. Marco Ramirez and Ms. Diana Martinez have been issued provisional loan officer license as of 7/20/2009 and 7/21/2009 respectively. Provisional licenses are issued for 90 day period. During this 90 day period, the individuals must complete any needed educational courses and pass the required test. If proof of these items is received within the 90 day period, the provisional license converts to a regular license. If proof is not received, the licenses expire. Mr. Ramirez indicated to the agency that they plan to license additional individuals. The company itself does not have to be licensed because it is a DBA.
