I would do zero stars if available. I called the number on the card sent in my wards bill. Asked for insurance. Was told it was simple application which I did on phone. Then started receiving calls from underwriters. The first lasted 30 minutes and repeated questions over and over. I had phone calls to make and told them to call back tomorrow. They did. Repeated word for word the same questions as yesterday. "Are you disabled? Confined to a hospital or nursing home? Do you use crutches a wheelchair or other devices?" Etc. I answered again. Frustrated that they were wasting my time. After 15 to 20 minutes I told them I was busy and I would call them tomorrow. Which I did. Again. The same questions. Again frustrated. Not getting anywhere. I received an incoming phone call that was very important. Asked the woman to hold while I answered. She hung up. Apparently her time was more valuable than mine. I called back. Again with the same questions. Refusing to move ahead to questions I had not answered. After 10 minutes I told the woman "never mind I no longer want your insurance." And hung up. Waited 15 or so minutes thinking... Hmm did she cancel my policy? I called back. Spoke to sales. Did my policy get cancelled? No. Transferred to a manager (??) I said " cancel my policy" she said ok. Typed. Ok you are canceled. Today I received a restricted # call who left a message for me to call them at a different number.. Still Globe Life underwriters. I called and asked " has my policy been canceled?" No. I said " cancel me. Don't call me. Don't text me. Don't email me. Don't send me any letters or ads." She said well first we have to verify all of the information that you have given us.. And started at the beginning with the questions. I repeated " Don't call me. Don't text me. Don't email me. Don't send me any mail. Cancel me. And don't even think about billing me" Because of course they got my banking information on the first call! Please help me get Globe Life to cancel my policy and leave me alone!

I have searched Globe Life companies and cannot locate a policy in your name. Please provide your home phone number directly to *************@globe.life and I will add it to the internal Do Not Call list.
