Since January of 2020 the BBB of Greater Houston & South Texas has received numerous complaints and customer reviews that exhibit the following patterns:
Consumers complaints and customer reviews alleged deliveries take months to receive or items are not received at all. When consumer email Jade Mackenzie to inquire, they receive delayed email responses with untruthful shipping estimates. Consumer’s requests to cancel their orders and receive a refund are unaddressed. Consumers also allege poor customer service and phone calls are not returned.
Recent customer review received in 3/2021 quoted the company as saying, "you don't have to shop with us" when consumer requested a refund as she hasn't received her order for almost 6 months.
