          Pattern of Complaint:

          Since January 2021, the BBB of Greater Houston & South Texas has received Complaints and Customer Reviews on Online Seller that exhibit the following pattern. 

           According to the consumer’s disputes, it is being alleged that Online Seller  is not shipping the items that were ordered. Consumers are describing the merchandise that is received as cheap and a knock off versions of items pictured and ordered. The customers that are returning the items are reporting that they are returning at their own cost to China. It is also being alleged that individuals that have never ordered from Online Seller are receiving random items or empty boxes.  Request for refunds are allegedly being ignored.

          The BBB has notified Online Seller but has yet to receive a response.
