            Pattern of Complaint:

            Since December 2015, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received multiple disputes that exhibit the following pattern.  

             According to consumer disputes, it has been alleged that Hand 2 Hand Handyman has been accepting payment and not completing the job.  The consumer have alleged that they are paying in full for electrical work and the work is not complete or it does not meet code.  The consumers have also alleged that they are unable to make contact with the business via phone, to schedule a date to return and complete or correct the electrical work.  The company does not respond to or resolve the disputes via the Houston BBB.
