Pattern of Complaint:
Since October of 2015, the BBB Houston began receiving several complaints that are exhibiting the following pattern.
According to consumer’s disputes, it has been alleged that Medicspa USA is not providing customers with the items they have paid for. The complaints reviewed state consumers have reached out to Medicspa USA with their concerns. Such concerns are consumers paying for a product that is not performing to its specification and consumers are not seeing any results when using Medicspa USA products. Complaints also contained allegations of instructions not included with products and products appearing to be used or refurbished. Additionally, complainants are reporting difficulty when attempting to contact the company, via email or by phone. Voicemail messages and emails go without responses. On occasions where consumers have been successful in making contact with the company, request for an exchange or refund is met with rude customer service representatives. As well as Medicspa USA ignoring refund requests by stating they are a wholesale vendor and only the vendor who sold the products can provide a refund. However, the company fails to provide direct contact information for consumers to reach the vendors directly.
