Since August 2020, the BBB of Greater Houston & South Texas has received several complaints and customer reviews on Melanated Queen Boutique that exhibit the following pattern.
According to the consumer’s disputes, it is being alleged that Melanated Queen Boutique is accepting payments for orders, but the products are not being received. Consumers are reporting that their request for product delivery estimates and for refunds are ignored. They are reporting that Melanated Queen Boutique is no longer responding to calls, emails, or messages on their social media outlets.
The BBB has forwarded several complaints to Melanated Queen Boutique to be addressed; to date no response has been received.
