Pattern of Complaint:
Since December 2015, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received multiple disputes that exhibit the following pattern.
According to consumer disputes, it has been alleged that Cardtronics has been debiting consumer’s accounts and not dispensing the money from the ATM machines. The consumers are alleging that their accounts are being debited for the withdrawal amount and are receiving partial or none of the withdrawal amount. The consumers have also alleged that they are being charged fees for a balance inquiry that they did not request or approve. The consumers are also having difficulty contacting the company to get a refund for the amount not received.
