Pattern of Complaint:
Since March 2016, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received multiple disputes that exhibit the following pattern.
According to consumer disputes, it has been alleged that Econolodge – Galveston Franchise is providing poor customer service. The consumers are also alleging that they are treated rudely by the front desk staff when the complain about the poor conditions of their rooms. Upon early check out, due to the conditions, they are not able to receive any refund. The company does not respond to or resolve the disputes via the Houston BBB.
