            My husband purchased a timepiece from your Frisco location (Sales Receipt# MJXXXXXXXX), on 11/27/2021. After the purchase I decided I wanted another timepiece. We returned to the store the morning of 12/4/2021 and were informed that we could not receive a refund since we had exceeded the 7 day window. In my conversation with our Sales person, he stated that the 7 day window has expired the day prior on 12/3/2021. I explained to him that technically we are still within the 7 day window until 6pm, which was the purchase time on 11/27/2021. I would like to understand why the timepiece cannot be refunded.

            Good afternoon, Our guest experience team did speak with the store to take care of the guest and attempted to reach out to the guest as well. The guest was taken care of at the store on the same day of their visit and complaint. We apologized to the guest for their experience and gave them a complete refund. From our understanding the guest was satisfied with the outcome. Please let us know if you'd like to have any further details on this matter.
