Lastly, HOT Shred advertises they provide OSHA Compliance programs. HOT Shred responded to BBB they provide this service through their administrator Compliance Publishing. BBB reviewed the providers’ list for OSHA-Authorized Online Outreach Training Providers and could notverify Compliance Publishing was on the provider list. BBB requested HOT Shred to substantiate the service or discontinue the advertisement.
As of April 7, 2022, HOT Shred did not respond to BBB's request for substantiation of our concerns.
