- Additional Info:"BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning issues with delivery, product, and exchanges or refunds. Consumers reported business failure to fulfill delivery of orders in a timely manner or failure and honor promised refunds and exchanges. Consumers attempted to contact business via phone but got no response from the business. Once BBB established pattern of complaints, a written notice was sent to El Paso Rugs with request for business response. As of July 23, 2017, the business had not responded to BBB's request.
