Since March 2016, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received multiple disputes that exhibit the following pattern.
According to consumer disputes, it has been alleged that Joe’s Auto Repair has been accepting full payment for repairs and not completing the work. Consumers have alleged that they are unable to reach the business to get a status of their repairs and are later being contacted by a different company to collect their vehicles. Consumers are also alleging when they arrive to pick up their vehicles that repairs are not complete and there are missing engine parts. The BBB has received Returned Mail from the current address and the phone has been disconnected. The company does not respond to or resolve the disputes via the Houston BBB.
