One customer complaint reports that Premiere Escrow Services supplied a copy of a "City of Dallas License Certificate" for the business, signed by "Richard M. Daley, Mayor". However, Richard M. Daley has never been mayor of Dallas. Richard M. Daley is mayor of Chicago.
