          On August 6, 2019, BBB notified Quincy Financial Solutions LLC of an identified pattern in consumer complaints alleging that the company is engaged in practices analogous to a tech support scam. Consumers claim that the company poses as entities such as Amazon and Microsoft in order to gain remote access to their computers and bank accounts.

          BBB requested the company's voluntary cooperation in eliminating the identified pattern in consumer complaints by outlining the steps the company will implement to avoid future complaints of the same or similar nature.

          As of October 22, 2019, Quincy Financial Solutions has failed to respond to BBB's inquiries.
