          Since March 2016, the BBB of Houston & South Texas has received multiple disputes that exhibit the following pattern.  

          According to consumer disputes, it has been alleged that Green Cleaners has been accepting payment for services in advance and then misplacing clothing.  The consumers have alleged that they are unable to pick up their dry cleaning and are told they should forget about getting their clothing back and there is no management personnel to speak with.  The company does not respond to or resolve the disputes via the Houston BBB.
