On January 3, 2020, BBB contacted Organic Aloe Health Care LLC regarding advertised claims of their organic skincare cream products on their website www.organicaloehealthcare.com.
The business advertised claims of their products and benefits of ingredients such as:
"Our skin cream penetrates deep into the skin, up to seven layers deep."
Organic Aloe Health Care LLC also advertises they offer a "100% money back guarantee!"
BBB Code of Advertising states advertisers should only use "money back guarantee" or similar representations in advertising if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumers' request.
BBB requested Organic Aloe Health Care LLC substantiate advertised claims of their products and ingredients and provide a copy of their guarantee policy. As of January 24, 2020, the business did not respond to BBB's requests.
