              An awful company ran by awful people. If Entergy wasn’t a monopoly, I can guarantee that no one would use them. They think that it’s okay to scam elderly women and harass them. My great grandmother has always paid her bill on time and has never missed a payment, for as long as she’s been an entergy customer. She just paid a bill for $1k plus. How ridiculous is that? Each month, her bill is not consistent with her energy use AND for an entire month, most of which that she did not have power, she was billed more than her monthly costs, when she DOES have power. Entergy, look at your reviews. Does that not say anything to you? Do you find joy in abusing your customers? Seriously, look at your reviews. Have you ever had a good review? I pray in the future that entergy’s monopoly falls so that we can get a real light company. They will be hearing from my representative soon.
