- Refund and Exchange Policy
- Equipment Return and Restocking Fee. If Customer cancels service during three-day right of rescission grace period, and does not want to purchase security equipment, Customer agrees to return all equipment, cameras, signage, decals and documentation to the Customer by Company, in order to finalize the cancellation of service. Customer also allows Company to enter Customer’s premises to remove all of the aforementioned product. Customer also gives permission to Company to charge a non-refundable on hundred and ninety-nine dollar ($199) restocking fee to the method of payment that was given to Company by the Customer to pay for equipment and monitoring services. If Company is unable to collect restocking fee or the cost of all equipment, cameras, signage, decals, documentation and other items given to the Customer by Company, the initial term of the Monitoring Agreement will remain in effect, and if Customer fails to return all installed equipment, cameras, signage, decals and documentation to the Company within five (5) business days, Customer gives permission to the Company to charge the method of payment that was given to the Company by the Customer in order to pay for equipment and monitoring services, for the full retail amount of all equipment and installation labor.
