- Advertising Review:
BBB promotes truth in advertising by contacting advertisers whose claims conflict with the BBB Code of Advertising. These claims may come to our attention from our internal review of advertising, consumer complaints, and competitor challenges. BBB asks advertisers to prove their claims, change ads to make offers more clear to consumers, and remove misleading or deceptive statements.
On March 20, 2024, BBB contacted the business regarding their advertised warranty covering "one to two years" and being "fully insured." RFB & Associates, LLC substantiated the claims explaining they offer a Contractor Warranty or "Workmanship" warranty that is viewable on their website. Other warranties for other trades will be written on the contract for specific jobs.
RFB & Associates also provided a copy of their liability insurance to substantiate the advertised claim they are "fully insured."
