On July 8, 2014, BBB requested that Ready Travel & Incentives address a detected pattern of BBB complaints.
Specifically, BBB requested Ready Travel & Incentives provide BBB with information regarding the company's efforts to eliminate the underlying reason for complaints that allege:
Ready Travel & Incentive fails to honor the terms of vouchers submitted by the customers after attending a seminar to redeem a free vacation. They allege that vouchers are being returned voided, although they have been sent in according to the guidelines.
After reviewing several response from the company, BBB concluded that Ready Travel & Incentives has failed to provide BBB with any information indicating that they have made a good faith effort to eliminate the identified pattern of complaints.
