- Additional Info:As of March 3, 2021, all of the complaints filed against CeCe Clothing share a pattern. The consumers did not receive the product they ordered from the business in a timely manner. The BBB asked the company to address the pattern. They responded with the following statement, "We strive to provide a better shopping experience for our customers. Unfortunately, the pandemic,, holiday season of the new year and now bad weather has put us behind schedule. Thus, customers are getting their orders late. Some clients are good as they understand the situation well and some get so annoyed and complains. We perfectly understand that they are angry and upset. Well, they have the right to. We are working around the clock to get customer orders out. We are trying to calm our customers as much as we can and we expect the same from your side to please respond and tell them to be patient with us during these hard days."
