            This company has a pattern of complaint alleging service issues and repair issues. Specifically, consumers allege jobs are partially done and the company will not return to complete the job they contracted with the company to do. Consumers paid the full amount for the service but the company would neither refund part of the money for incomplete service nor would they return to complete the service. One consumer stated, "They promised to take down a tree and stump for a set price. They took the tree and never finished the job with the stump after requiring payment. This company promised to remove a tree and stump from my property, required payment before all services were completed and never returned." Other consumers report the company caused damages to their property but refused to repair the damages they caused.

            On October 18, 2019, BBB contacted the company to request their voluntary cooperation in resolving the unanswered complaints as well as their cooperation in eliminating the pattern of complaint; however, the company failed to respond.
