This company has a pattern of complaint alleging delivery issues, customer service issues, and repair issues. Specifically, complaints allege consumers bought products and they were either damaged or not delivered on time. Other complaints indicate the company failed to honor contracts or make repairs as agreed. Consumers also state when contacting the company there are no return calls or contacts from the company.
BBB sent correspondence in March 2015 requesting their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of customer complaint.
On March 12, 2015, the company responded with the following information as a means to eliminate the pattern:
1)The company has made new software changes which will allow tracking and accountability.
2)The company has a new delivery service company.
3)The company has hired new management and back counter employees.
4)The company is building their culture to embrace their vision that life moments matter.
The company has indicated they would like the opportunity to speak with consumers before complaints are filed with BBB. BBB suggests allowing the company 72 hours (excluding weekend and holidays) to address the concerns before filing a complaint with BBB. BBB will monitor the company's efforts, and this aspect of the Business Review will be updated once additional information becomes available.
