- Additional Info:It has come to BBB's attention that Whitestone Healthcare is the subject of a robo call scam.
The company has supplied BBB with the following response regarding robo calls:
"In response to the robo calls being made from Whitestone Healthcare, the company making these calls is "Whitestone Health" not Whitestone Healthcare. Whitestone Healthcare does not make robo calls. Again, the scam company making the calls, call themselves "Whitestone Health" and is attempting to sell medical insurance which is not a part of or associated in anyway with Whitestone Healthcare. Whitestone Healthcare LLC, is a medical staffing agency.
Many consumers have Googled 'Whitestone Health' and received the information for the company Whitesone HealthCARE. Also, to the best of our knowledge 'Whitestone Health' is not an actual company merely the name being used in this scam. Whitestone Healthcare has filed multiple complaints with State and Federal agencies but to date have not been able to shut this down.
Whitestone Healthcare is sorry you have experienced this problem, but, unfortunately cannot offer a resolution."
