  Before requesting a refund, you must have:

  We will require the following from you when returning the products:
  
  Your name, address and order number
  All used and unused items that were sent to you
  
  When you return the products to us:
  
  You must use a courier service that requires a signature. We cannot refund you for return shipping, items that are not returned to us or are lost in the mail. We cannot refund you for return shipping.
  
  You will be refunded minus a $35 processing fee and minus the shipping costs.
