Pattern of Complaints:
This company has a pattern of complaint alleging refund or exchange issues and contract issues. Specifically, complaints allege that people who were representatives for the company did not receive their pay or products. Some reps say that although they no longer work for the company, the company leaves the reps link live on their site to give the illusion that consumers are still ordering from the rep. One rep stated: "They broke contract because they still owe me money and products that I earned. They are harassing, threatening and bullying me. They have locked me out of my back office but they will not shut down my ordering link which has my name on it." Consumers who ordered complain that they did not receive the products they ordered nor a refund when the products did not materialize. Both consumers and reps allege the company ceased communication with them over a period of time.
The business provided the following response in regards to their efforts to eliminate the pattern of complaints.
"We at Reveal Products fully value each consultant and customer. We will always display the highest Customer Success and cooperation within our control. (1) We will continue to fully educate our consultants on their Policies and Procedures and the dates to follow their departure from the company. Exit audits from the company can take up to 60 days and we will do a better making this known to our departing consultants. (2) We will continue to offer our policies of store credit that are listed on our website that state that a store credit is available within the 30 days of delivery of the product. To ensure this, we will educate our Customer Success Team to fully evaluate each individual situation to ensure that the customer is not outside of this time frame so that they can obtain full satisfaction with an unsatisfactory product. (3) Lastly, we promise that we will keep all customer and consultants updated and offer a store credit on items that are out of stock and/or are unable to be sent out within our 5-7 business day timeframe of shelf items if we have failed to make the proper announcements so that this is known. Again, we appreciate all those who participate in making Reveal Products what it is today and will always do everything that we can to ensure Customer Success."
