5. Statute 40-59-110 – Builder failure to obtain a building permit for construction.
6. Statute 40-59-240(D) – Undertaking a Specialty contract which exceeds $5,000 without bond for construction.
7. Statute 40-1-110(C) – Aiding or abetting violation of licensing requirements
8. Statue 40-59-110 – South Carolina Residential Construction Standards Violation
