On December 23, 2019, BBB received a complaint about E-outdoorGear and attempted to contact them to begin the resolution process. After receiving no response, we researched the location listed on their website. BBB contacted the property owner that leases out the building at 122 Smith Hines Road and confirmed that E-outdoorGear is not and has never been at this location. Their website has been shut down/suspended and the phone number listed is no longer in service. Additionally, complaints and reviews allege that the merchandise purchased from E-outdoorGear came from overseas and not from Greenville, South Carolina.
BBB recommends that consumers do not solicit this business and that they should not respond if contacted by E-outdoorGear or offered free merchandise.
