On 9/25/2020 Ponte Investments, LLC settles FTC charges and ceasing using 'SBA Loan Program' website and business name. Ponte Investments, LLC and it's owner John C. Ponte will be permanently prohibited from misrepresenting they are affiliated with the U.S. Small Business Adminstration (SBA) as part of a settlement resolving FTC charges they misled consumers in the early days of the coronavirus pandemic.
