- Advertising Review:On 02/13/2019 BBB wrote to Bailey & Co., Inc. and asked the business to substantiate the following advertising claims:"We will prepare an honest tax return for a reasonable fee.(Usually lower than the national chains)".BBB found that these claims were in violation of the BBB Code of Advertising regarding underselling claims . As of 3/20/19 the business did respond to BBB however has failed to voluntarily substantiate these claims.
