Consumers allege that items ordered were received damaged. The business’s website states that a consumer should write damaged on the delivery slip and return the product. However, consumers have stated they are unable to see damage when they sign for the delivery as boxes are unopened and the boxes show no damage. Consumers have also alleged they have received furniture with missing parts such as the hardware. Consumers state they have waited months for the missing parts which render the furniture useless. Some consumers claim they were offered small monetary amounts to offset damaged goods instead of replacement.
