On April 15, 2021 BBB corresponded with Whistland regarding a pattern of complaints:
BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints concerning consumers alleging issues with Product and Advertising. Consumers allege that they bought and paid for products, but that the products they received were not what they ordered. Customers claim that they ordered products after seeing them on the business’s website, but what they received was different from what is being advertised.
The BBB will continue to monitor any incoming complaints.
