In February 2022, the BBB of Western Pennsylvania investigated InnovaEye for its business practices. An investigation was prompted due to consumer complaints and inquiries alleging (a) the business was failing to deliver merchandise after consumers placed an order online and (b) unresponsive to consumer requests for refunds.
On March 1, 2022, the BBB requested background information including names of all principals involved in the company, any applicable licensing or registration, copies of marketing materials, proposals and agreements.
As of March 20, 2022, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. There are no listed phone numbers or fax numbers, emails are returned as undeliverable and no address can be located. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records and file a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center.
