BBB files indicate this business has a pattern of complaints concerning consumers alleging issues with Service, Refund and Exchange, Contract and Customer Service. Customers state that work completed was poorly done, and that follow up repairs were needed. Customers allege that they were given dates when the work would be completed, but that the work was not finished months beyond the stated completion date. Consumers claim that they requested refunds, but did not receive them. Consumers state that work was scheduled to begin but that no one showed up. Customers also state that they made numerous attempts to contact the business regarding their concerns, but that their phone calls were not returned.
