Consumer complaints allege they are paying to have their credentials authenticated. Consumers stated they were waiting longer than expected. Consumers also complained they were asked to send the information a second time.
As part of the BBB's investigation, we asked the company about these issues. The company responded and stated some documents the consumers send do not meet the standards and they need additional information. The company stated they did experience a backlog but has since hired a new President and CEO. Since then, the company has taken steps to implement changes to decrease issues. Some of the changes include hiring more customer service staff, increasing telephone support, implementing a credential porthole, and will continue making changes as needed.
