The BBB also conducted a review of major search engines and found several review sites which confirmed similar conduct by the company in reviews filed on review sites. Finally, the BBB reviewed the company's website to determine any policies the company had regarding issues that were the subject of our investigation.
The Better Business Bureau contacted the company due to consumer complaints. Complaints allege that consumers are paying for inadequately performed services. Consumers state that the internet services for which they contracted intermittently fails almost daily. Consumers state that they have tried contacting the company and have been transferred to different people but do not obtain resolution of their issues. The BBB requested a response on what may have been the cause and any remedies planned. As of March 18th 2021, the business has not responded to the BBB.
